Refund policy

1. Return window. You can return a product within 30 days of delivery.
2. What can be returned. We accept a return while the product's plastic bag is unopened. You can smell the scent through the bag before you open it. An opened bag counts as used and cannot be returned.
3. How to start a return. Write to blissfulhurricane@gmail.com from the email address on your order. We will reply with where to send the product.
4. Return shipping. The customer pays the return shipping. If the product arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay it.
5. Refunds. Refunds go to the original payment method.
